- S5 safety boots recommended for agricultural work requiring phytosanitary protection or for use in the chemical industry. Certified chemical resistance and worker protection. Additionally certified against sulphuric acid (50% conc.). Certified chemical resistance EN13832-3:2006 J K O P Q R.
- Acifort® is Dunlop’s unique invention of PVC, nitrile rubber and polymers. Nitrile rubber ensures a longer lifetime and better resistance to oil, fat, blood and chemicals. Polymers add flexibility to your boot, thereby increasing comfort.
- The SRA classified boots are tested and certified for slip resistance on ceramic tile floors covered with a dilute soap solution. The tests are based on measuring the coefficients of friction in forward heel slip and forward flat slip state. The results provide a good indication of the actual slip resistance of the boots in practice on slippery tile surfaces.
- The boots feature a protective toecap and midsole for offering maximum protection against falling and penetrating objects. Tested and certified in accordance with the EN ISO 20345:2011 standard, the built-in protective toecap serves to protect the toes from impacts of an energy level of 200 J and a compression at a load of 15 kN. The protective midsole is positioned in the sole and penetration is prevented until a force of 1100 N. Dunlop boots with a protective toecap and midsole are labelled as Full Safety.

- The boots feature energy absorption of the heel region which limits impact to the foot while walking. The provision of shock absorption capabilities within the footwear minimizes risk of injuries.
