Automatic horizontal doorkeeper for hen houses CHICKA

The Chick'A automatic doorkeeper with trap is recommended for protecting your hens from predators (foxes, martens and other vermin). It can also be used to prevent cockerels crowing too early in the morning. The practical horizontal opening makes it suitable for low roofs.

Controlled by a programmable timer or light sensor, this easy-to-install door lets you manage the opening and closing of the henhouse. You can use either the default mode, which detects ambient brightness using the light sensor, or opt for the programmable timer mode (12h or 24h). You can, of course, open and close the door manually at the touch of a button. 

It also has an animal detection function, which detects the presence of hens when the door is slowly closed (this function is not activated when the door is closed manually). When the door is automatically closed and detects an obstacle, it automatically reopens and then closes. This attempt is repeated up to three times.

Waterproof and highly resistant, the materials and components used are of the highest quality. Operates in extreme weather conditions. The doorphone also has a battery-saving mode, with the screen switching off after 120 seconds.

The door requires 4 AA alkaline batteries (not included) and has a built-in solar panel for autonomous and reliable use. The batteries must be used continuously even when the solar panel takes over. The door is reversible and can therefore be installed on the left or right.
