This blend contains salt, spices (pepper, cardamom, garlic, onion, ginger, chilli), dextrose, sucrose, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid (or E301 E300), acidifier: citric acid (or E330), meat flavouring, colouring: cochineal carmine (or E120)
This ready-to-use blend will allow you to perfectly season your fresh sausage (toulouse and chipolatas) preparations. It will meet the needs of both amateur cooks and passionate professionals (restaurateurs, butchers/delicatessens, caterers, manufacturers, etc.).
